Shipping policy

We will typically fulfill orders within 0-4 days, and ship within 1-10 days of fulfillment. Shipping time once the product leaves our hands is up to the carrier, and you can follow the process as it makes its way to you by using the tracking number provided. We will always make sure that there is a tracking number with each order.

 

If you need to reroute a package or change a shipping address after the order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with you to get each item where it needs to go.

If you need to reroute a package after it has been shipped, kindly contact us and we'll do our best to work with the carrier to get each item where it needs to go.

In the event you need to cancel or refund an order that has already shipped but not been received, send us an email at hskyy@kiralafigurer.com to coordinate, and we'll get your money back to on in the original form of payment, less any shipping costs. We do not currently charge restocking fees on most products, please check each product listing to be sure.
